Consumer Health Data Notice

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Notice is a separate notice that supplements our Privacy Policy. It applies to "Consumer Health Data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws — broadly, any information linked or reasonably linkable to you that identifies or reasonably indicates your past, present, or future physical or mental health status, including your psychological or behavioral state or wellbeing. Unhindered LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates The Trellis and The Hearth (the "Services").

What we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, this may include the rhythms you choose for your Rule of Life (for example, rhythms about sleep, exercise, fasting, or sobriety), any sins you choose to throw off (such as pornography or drunkenness), your daily check-ins, and prayer requests, including prayers about health; and, in The Hearth, prayer requests and care needs (such as Meal Support or a Care Roster after an illness or a birth) shared with your group (collectively, "Consumer Health Data").

How we collect it

We collect Consumer Health Data directly from you when you build your Rule of Life, check in, add prayers, or share a prayer request or care need with your group, and from other people — for example, a Witness's prayer for you, or a group member's prayer request that mentions you.

Why we collect it

We use Consumer Health Data solely to provide, maintain, and secure the Services for you and for the people you choose to share it with, including to enable the accountability relationships you affirmatively choose, such as a Witness you invite or, in summary form, your church's leaders (The Cloud), and, in The Hearth, the group you share it with. We do not use it for advertising.

How we share it

We never sell Consumer Health Data. We do not share it except: (a) with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, who process it on our behalf solely to operate the Services, under contract terms prohibiting any other use; (b) with the Witness you invite, who sees your Rule of Life and how you are keeping it, and — in summary form only, and only if you separately agree when joining your church — with your church's leaders (The Cloud), who never see your daily answers, the text of your rhythms, your sins to throw off, or your prayers; (c) in The Hearth, with the members (or only the leaders) of the group you share a prayer request or care need with, and with your church's pastors only when a group leader shares a prayer request with them, which the group can see; or (d) as required by law.

Your rights

You may confirm whether we process Consumer Health Data about you and access it; withdraw your consent to its collection or sharing at any time, effective going forward; and request that we and our processors delete it, including data already shared with a Witness or The Cloud to the extent required by law. To exercise these rights, email support@unhinderedlives.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Consent

We collect Consumer Health Data only with the consent you give when you create your account. We share it beyond your own account only with the Witness you invite and, in summary form, with your church's leaders — and the church sharing happens only if you separately agree when joining your church. In The Hearth, it is shared only with the group you post it to, at the visibility you choose for each post. A Witness who is paired with a church member also separately opts in before their own contact details are shared with that church.

No geofencing

We do not use geofencing to identify or track users near a healthcare facility, or to send notifications or advertisements based on proximity to one.
